Dehydrated Citrus wheels DIY cocktail garnish

Make Dehydrated Citrus wheels at home

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 1 orange

Instructions

-Place a parchment sheet on your oven and then preheat it to 200C
-Slice the fruits into thin wheels using a serrated knife
-Put the fruits in a single layer over the parchment paper.
-Keep checking if it is dry to touch. (4.5 hours- lemons/lime, 2-3 hours- oranges)
-Let it cool down then store it in an airtight container in room temperature.

Alternate recipe
-take a utensil, fill half of it up with water, and put it over the stove.
-Take a smaller utensil with the slices over it and place it on the first one. (make sure it is covered) Time taken should be 4 hours, keep checking.
