Ingredients for cider recipe at home

• 7 Apples
• ½ cup White sugar
• 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons Ground allspice

Method to make apple cider at home

• In a large stockpot put apples and add water
• Add sugar, cinnamon, and allspice and stir
• Bring to a boil
• Boil it for 1 hour, uncovered
• After 1 hour cover the pot and reduce heat
• Simmer it for 2 hours
• Mash the apples
• Through a fine-mesh sieve, strain apple mixture and discard the solids
• Through a cheesecloth-lined sieve, strain it again
• Refrigerate
