Ingredients for this whiskey cocktail
- 45ml whiskey
- 90ml Milk reduction
- 3 tsp Chia seeds (2tsp of it is used while shaking the drink and 1 tsp for garnishing)
For Milk reduction, all you need to do is take 150ml of milk simmered with 4 cardamom pods for 8 to 10 minutes on low flame and then add the jaggery and stir well till the jaggery melts.
